The Beast and Mr Knock is the 5th annual subscribers EP. It's a dark acoustic tale about captivity, revenge, evil masks, beasts and fires.

The usual sort of Tom Slatter stuff then.

Also comes with the annual Indoctrination Guide, which this year includes a short story that fleshes out the lyrics.

All the songs were inspired by photos submitted by subscribers, especially Graham, Liam and Doug. Graham provided a picture of one spooky house, Liam a snap of the weird mask that inspired Mr Knock and Doug sent me a whole set of photos from a literal insane asylum that he happened to be in (let's not ask why).

I didn't think I would like this record but it's so infectious in its ability to change from prog to post rock then to psychedelic and onwards into alternative metal. Such an amazing feat to introduce the saxophone and it sounds so cool, this record is outstanding. Darknight
